REGISTRATION

60th SATA Annual Meeting in Ankara, Türkiye, on 07–12 June 2026.

All participants must be SATA member or membership applicant. During the meeting all attendees must have a SATA 2026 badge. Please fill the form and send to mice@incorganizasyon.com then please make payment using register now link.

Participants can pick up their name badges at the registration desk at the Sheraton Hotel on Sunday 07 June 2026 between 14:00 - 20:00.
The registration and information desk will be open from 8:00am on the days of the meeting.

• The Technical Meeting Registration Includes;
• Welcome Reception on June 7th
• All lunches and coffee breaks during meetings at the hotel

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Airport Transfers
  Transfers between the airport and the hotel are not included in the registration fee. (Please contact mice@incorganizasyon.com if you require airport transfer.)
• Partner Program
  The Partner Program is not included in the Technical Meeting registration fee. For more information, please visit the Partner Program section of this website.
• Add-On Tours
  Additional tours before or after the conference are available for participants who wish to explore more of Ankara and Türkiye. These optional tours are not included in the registration fee. For more information, please visit the Add-On Tours section of this website.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is offered Sheraton Hotel Ankara for all participants :

• **All cancellation of registration received on or before 01st of May, 2026 will incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No refund will be made for cancellations on or after 01st of May, 2026.
• **All cancellations or alterations must be made in written and will be acknowledged by e-mail. Notification of cancellation or alterations should be sent to e mail mice@incorganizasyon.com.
